It is completely localizable, and teaches using simple games and graphics so that everyone learns at their own speed. It is being used not only in Uganda, but elsewhere in Africa and in Asia by many organizations. It became clear in early training sessions with community members of all ages that trainees had widely varying educational backgrounds. Each would get the most effective basic computer training if they were able to learn at their own speed, hands-on, instead of traditional lecturing.
